At London Locksmith and Property Services Ltd. we provide commercial fit out and end of lease dilapidation works for businesses and landlords across Central London.
When it comes to your refurbishment or fit out needs we can provide glass or non-glass office portioning, suspended ceilings, washrooms & office kitchens, flooring replacement i.e. wood, tiling, carpet or linoleum and electrical and data cabling. We will endeavor to work to our clients brief or plans or create one for you!
Residential Refurbishment
At London Locksmith and Property Services Ltd. we can help you create an open-planned living space or simply install a new bathroom or kitchen suite, we’ll be there to help you with all the services you need in order to successfully maintain and refurbish your home.
We can also include a wide variety of others jobs for example TV wall mount installation, filling cracks in plaster walls, installing new wooden flooring, repairing sash windows, boxing in pipes, tiling work, hanging doors and building bespoke shelves.

Minor Repairs are Included within these Rates. This covers for possible Replacements of, 3 – 5 & 13 AMP Fuses – domestic 3 pin plugs maximum of 10 free replacements any further replacements to be charged at £5.00 per plug. Any commercial 3 phase plugs will be charged……
The Portable appliance testing Prices Above Are For Combined Inspection & Testing, All results are recorded & Emailed to you within 24Hrs of the appointment.

Due To Our Low Prices The Only Additional Cost will be for Congestion charging in London central zones and parking costs, If and when Applicable.
