Client Brief:
In 2021 we were contracted to fully redecorate a 3 bedroom 2 1/2 bathroom family home in the leafy suburbs of Fulham. The project included the redecoration of all walls, ceilings and woodwork. The kitchen was transformed with Dulux egg shell grey and new suspended island lights. A pneumatic hinged cellar door was installed in the floor giving access to the wine cellar. Rooms were decorated in shades of Dulux Diamond pale blue to pastel green. New Led lights were fitted in all bathrooms. All rooms were connected to receive digital and analogue signals, as well as internet access via new Cat6 cabling throughout the property.

Client Brief:
Having recently bought this flat the owner wanted to convert the outdated bathroom into a luxury walk-in shower. Floor to ceiling Black marble effect high gloss tiles were used. White natural stone floor tiles were laid with a new bathroom suite and a slimline space saving sink and cabinet. New down lights replaced the old central ceiling light.

fire door installation
Client Brief:
Supply and hang a 30-minute fire-resisting door fitted with cold smoke seals and intumescent strips routed into both stiles and the top rail of the door. The door is to be hung on three hinges having a melting point of not less than 800oC and bedded in intumescent paste. Adjust the door as necessary to ensure that the smoke seals just make contact with the linings of the door frame, and supply and fit a suitable self-closer (a good-quality overhead closer is strongly recommended), properly adjusted so that it closes the door fully and engages the latch. Provide within the kitchen a fire blanket complying with BS EN 1869:1997. The blanket is to be in a wall-mounted holder near the cooking appliance, but not directly above it.

Our client wanted to update his en-suite and family bathrooms with floor to ceiling luxury high gloss marble effect tiles. The standard bath was replaced with a P-Bath, curved shower screen and over bath shower.

Client Brief:
Our client accepted our quote for a full redecoration and re carpeting project in preparation for turning the property into a rental flat. All walls, ceilings and woodwork were painted in a new colour pallet. The kitchen floor was retiled and a new splashback installed. The feature wall in the living room was repainted and the blue bedroom wall was brought back to a neutral colour. The project was completed in 3 weeks.
Peckham Residential Refurbishment
Client Brief:
2 Full refurbishment projects of flats in Peckham, London was assigned which involved the complete gutting of rooms and modernising the layout of both flats. All fixtures and furnishings were replaced including all flooring, windows, new bathrooms and fully fitted kitchens. The projects also included electrical work, roof repairs, damp coursing of multiple rooms and exterior works. Both projects were completed within 12 weeks.
